We have a TON of food in our fridge right now from our Costco trip this weekend. I actually had a meal plan, but we gotta eat the leftovers from last week before I start making new food. So tonight's dinner, which I photographed (yay!) included some random foods thrown together, but we aren't picky so we ate it, and it was good.
Mr. Skinny had chicken noodle soup.
I had Mexican Brown Rice Casserole.
And we split a bagged caesar salad.
