Food Friday

Hopefully each Friday I'll be able to show you what I ate on Thursday. If you have any suggestions or criticisms please tell me! :)

First of all, I made a smoothie! This is a big deal for me. I can cook a lot of different food, but for some reason, my smoothies are AWFUL! Last night I looked up recipes, yes, recipes for smoothies and made a chocolate-peanut butter banana smoothie and it was awesome! I made egg whites to add some protein and strawberries for an extra fruit. Can't have strawberries without sugar! Please tell me I'm not the only one who can't eat strawberries without sugar!? Anyone?




Snacks were supposed to be peppers, hummus, pita chips for the morning and chobani before the gym, but I skipped the gym tonight and I wasn't hungry for my morning snack. I did end up eating the hummus and pita chips once I got home though.

Lunch? Leftover brown rice and green beans topped with soy sauce and leftover homemade egg drop soup.


Dinner was a feta burger wrapped in lettuce. I cut one burger in half and made two wraps out of it, but I could only eat one. I also made Old Bay fries and my usual milk.




There ya have it. My Thursday eats for Food Friday!

  2. I used to put sugar on my strawberries but now I can eat them without it.

    I am totally going to try those fries! :)

    I didn't have a good food day yesterday. So I will pass on sharing. :)
