My first recipe review! This is exciting! Initially this burger recipe came from Weight Watchers and is supposed to have ground chicken, which I think I like better, but I didn't have any ground chicken and a ton of ground beef, so I substituted. It worked, I think.
- 4 oz of feta cheese, I used reduced fat
- 1 lb. ground beef, turkey or chicken
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. oregano
Mix all the ingredients together...

...with your hands!
Form into 4 patties, make them pretty thin and don't forget to make them thinner in the middle so they cook evenly!
I cooked them on the stove, but you could broil or grill them. I just don't have a grill or a broiler pan, but I will have both at my parent's house!
Cook until browned on one side. And flip.
Cook until throughly cooked.
Make sure you put all that melty cheese back on those burgers!
And serve!
For the side dish, I made Old Bay French Fries!
I usually use one potato per person. Tonight, it was just me. Scrub your tater.

Chop up your tater into french fry-like strips.
Mix in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper and Old Bay. You could sub. whatever kind of spice match your dinner.
Roast in 450 degree oven for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ta da!
Delish dinner!
