I'm down 0.6 - I'm not dissappointed, really, I was just hoping that maybe because I had no clue what to expect I'd have one of those really lucky WIs and loose like 2 lbs. No, my luck doesn't work like that. I'm not complaining, a loss is a loss, and I've been loosing pretty consistantly.
I think my body is working out with my increase of running now. And I've been tracking on SP rather than WW, and with that comes eating more "points" I think. With my WI this week, I think I'm going to keep tracking on SP and see how the next few weeks go, then I might cancel my WW subscription, after I print all my fav. recipes, of course.
I'm hoping I have an awesome WI maybe next week, I'm never going to get to my goal of being 150 by Christmas, and 135 by my birthday in March. I'll push back to being at goal by next summer, I want to look awesome in a bikini - I know, selfish & vain reasoning.
We're headed to PA this weekend - where we both grew up. I'm cooking for my family tomorrow evening, and that will def. be WW friendly - but who knows what else I'll be eating, and I'll try to eat well, and track everything. I'm definitely going for a run tomorrow, and I think I'm going shopping with my mom, so I'll get some walking in. I can't plan for everything though, and I know that. It's a part of the journey and I need to learn to go with the flow, and make smart choices. I CAN do this!
