Yes, I am excited that Halloween is over. I'm a super chicken wimp and hate being scared, and therefore don't like Halloween. The only thing good about Halloween is that it's one step closer to Christmas, and it's the hub's birthday, and I had to be a good wife and do whatever he wanted yesterday. He got to go to the Penn State/Michigan game on Saturday with my cousin's husband. I hung out with my cousin and her son while the boys were at the game, and yesterday we ordered pizza for his birthday.
I ate like a pig this weekend, I did run on Saturday, but that was it. I tracked it all though, which is a huge step for me, and I will move on, regardless of being in the red about 30 points this weekend. I always do really good during the week because I plan out my food, it's just the weekends that are so terrible. Especially weekends that we are away. I planned out all my workouts for November, and am hoping to work out 5x/week. I want to start my 30 Day Shred again, well for 2 days/week, and I'll run 3 days/week. I even have it written on my calendar at work.
I have my list of goals for November, and I'll do a separate post on Oct/Nov goals, probably later today or tomorrow. I just moved desks at work and I'm so disoriented, it's so strange to be in a new place in the same building.
