I changed it back. I'm hoping that after the New Year I'll go back to Tuesday WI, but with everything that's going on, I'm thinking I'll just keep it on Fridays.
The outcome of this week - a 0.6 gain. This is from last Friday to now. I'll take it, I didn't eat really well all week, and this is what I expected. I did track everything, mostly, and ended up being around -50 for the week. It's a step in the right direction that I tracked it all anyways, and I'm sure I've had worse weeks if I would have tracked it all. I'm really planning on being OP for the next week, even though I am going on a field trip this weekend, and next Thursday night I'm going to see Harry Potter at midnight. I think I'm going to WI on Thursday morning, and just record whatever that was on Friday. The weekend after that I'm going to NYC to see the Rockettes with my mom, and I'm sure I'll have some delicious, but bad for me foods there. And, of course, that week includes Thanksgiving, which I'm still not sure how to handle.
I've been keeping up with my running though, and I'm pretty excited about that. I successfully ran another 25 minutes on Wednesday night, and I'm going to try really hard to run tomorrow while I'm in Jamestown.
I'll update after my Jamestown trip, I'm really excited about it and I'm hoping I have a blast!
