i'm turning into that person?

You know, the one that's miserable if they don't exercise, yep that's me, and I didn't even realize it. Hubby came home from work yesterday - he's in construction and it was raining - and he felt sick, so once I got home, I made dinner, did the dishes, took out the garbage while he just laid on the couch. I'm not complaining, I know he was sick, but it annoyed me a little bit. He knew I wasn't myself and questioned why that was. I just told him that I was mad at myself for being lazy and I haven't really lost any weight in awhile.. blah, blah, blah.

So he shut the TV off and told me to do my Shred, so I went and changed and mosied back and did it. And you know what? I felt a million times better after I did it. I was joking around again and I was myself.

Another thing I noticed this morning was that I don't like easy workouts anymore. Normally in the morning I'll do either my Wii Fit, or Walk Away the Pounds, so I did my 1 mile walk this morning, and I was bored. Not that it was super easy, but it was boring, and I wasn't working hard. So now what? I suppose I should get up earlier and run, or get another intense workout DVD for the morning, but then I need to shower.. Man..

Okay, well anyways, here's my menu today:
B - 4 egg whites: 1.5pts
1 slice canadian bacon: 1pt.
1/8 c. part skim mozzarella cheese: 1pt.
1 whole wheat tortilla: 1pt.
1 tbsp. taco sauce: 0pt.
1 c. V8 fusion light: 1pt.
S - banana: 2pts.
L - 1/2 serving WW lasagna: 4.5pts.
1 c. mixed berries&grapes: 1pt.
1 serving activia: 1pt.
S - 1 plum: 0.5pt.
D - 1 serving classic shepherd's pie (WW recipe): 5pts.
2 c. skim milk: 3.5pts.
1/8 c. part skim mozzarella cheese: 1pt.

That's a total of exactly 24 points! I'm getting better at using all my points and using just about 24 every day. This morning I did my 1 mile walk away the pounds DVD and earned 1 AP, and will walk 2x during the day for 1 AP each, bringing my total up to 3 today. Tonight I'll be doing my 30 Day Shred again, and will earn 3 APs for that - I guesstimate on that. I should really add a heart rate monitor to one of my goals...

Tomorrow is WI and I'm nervous. I've been peeking every morning, bad habit to get into, I know, but I do, and oh well. So we shall see where I'll end up. I still have 5 weeklies left, but I kind of tracked last weekend, so they would probably be gone. And if everything goes as planned today, then I'll have earned 21 APs this week, which isn't too bad if you ask me.

I'm home this weekend, so I'll stay OP all weekend and next week and I'm planning on earning a ton of APs and getting to Level 2 in my Shred, but goals are for tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have a big loss next Friday before the beach.

Goals for today:
-stick to my food plan
-do my 30 Day Shred tonight
-drink 72 ounces of water
