Oh man, I went overboard this weekend. Okay, well not as overboard as I would have been pre-WW. I didn't have second helpings of anything, and I can't say I totally stuffed myself all weekend, so I supposed that was a NSV.
My cousin's came up. I went to pick up my cousin and her son on Friday morning, so what did I have for breakfast? Not filling oatmeal or eggs. I used the excuse that there were wasps in my kitchen and I was afraid to cook, and the fact that I had a McDonalds gift card in my purse and went to McDonalds... And what did I get at McDonalds? Not something small to just deal with my craving, I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal, yes, including the hash brown. But it was so good!!
Then I made a decent meal on Friday night, chicken and tomato pasta, it was okay, but I'm sure I ate probably 8 pts worth of pasta. Saturday I made my own ham, egg and cheese bagel for breakfast and had fettucini alfredo on Saturday night for my mom's birthday. I made a salad with that, though, and I did have that, too. Yesterday I had a bagel for breakfast, a hot dog and 1/2 hamburger for lunch, and Arby's for dinner. Oh, and I had some cake over the weekend, too.
Okay, I confessed all that food. To my defense though, I was out on the boat all day on Sunday. I ran around the yard with my little cousin's on Friday night, and we went for a walk, too. So I did earn some APs over the weekend. I didn't track anything, though, I rarely do on the weekends, but I confessed it, and I feel better about it.
So, now here's my next goal for the next 2 weeks. I'm going to the beach on the 24th. I know I'm not going to be OP while I'm there. I'll try to be good, I'm going with my aunt who is on WW, too, and she said about bringing some of her frozen meals down with here, and I just told her I'd cook. So I'll have some half decent days, but I really don't think I'm going to track at all.
Anyways, I am GOING to stay OP until I leave for the beach!! We're not going anywhere this weekend, so I can easily cook for us and stay OP so that's my goal. So ask me how I'm doing, what I'm eating, keep me accountable for these next 12 days!
